Arbitration posts

Joe Behan, head of Behan Dispute Resolution, has been elected world president of the 12,000 strong Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) for the year 2010. He works in arbitration,
mediation and conciliation in Ireland and internationally.

Ciaran Fahy, a consulting chartered engineer and forensic engineer, has been elected chairman of the Dispute Resolution Board at the Institution of Engineers of Ireland. He also practises in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution: mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
