As Chairman of CIArb (Irish Branch), 
Joe Behan, welcomed Dr. Ian Paisley to the CIArb International Conference November 2007. This International Conference in Dispute Management was titled Practice and Promise. Dr. Paisley was a distinguished guest at the conference which was held in Dublin over several days and attended by the world-wide community of Arbitrators, Mediators, Conciliators and Adjudicators. It presented an opportunity to network and for attendees to become familiar with the latest developments and trends in ADR worldwide.
