Joe Behan has been appointed the President Elect of the international body,The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).  He was chosen by CIArb Branch Chairmen from around the world who met recently at their world congress in Malaysia.  The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has its head office in London and has 12,000 members in 103 countries across the globe.  Joe is a past Chairman (2008) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch).
