Joe and Ruth Behan ,Directors of Behan Dispute Resolution have been chosen by the Bahamas Chapter of CIArb to deliver three Mediation Training programmes in Nassau and Freeport at the end of June 2011.

Joe will act as course director and Ruth as tutor. They will present an Introduction to Mediation programme for over 50 participants on three courses.

This follows on from the 2010 programme delivered in Nassau by Joe and Ruth during Joe's term as the International President of CIArb.

Mediation is fast becoming the preferred process of dispute resolution in the Caribeen region.

Ruth will also present a workshop on Communications in Conflict, part of her hugely popular series of workshops which explore  human interactions and behaviours.

As a Mediator and Psycotherapist she is ideally qualified and experienced to facilitate participants in the exploration of  these subjects.
